Who is Take Out Xpress?

Take Out Xpress is the newest multi-restaurant takeout delivery service in the Gainesville area. Place your order with us and we will deliver!

How does online ordering work?

1. Select your zip code 2. Choose one of our delicious restuarants 3. Browse their menu and click the items you want 4. Click "Checkout" 5. Enter your phone, address and payment method

When is delivery available?

*Please note delivery hours are not always the same as restaurant hours*

Lunch: Monday - Friday from 11:00am - 2:00pm

Dinner: Monday - Thursday from 4:00pm - 9:00pm

Friday and Saturday Dinner: 4:00pm - 10:00pm

May I order outside Takeout Xpress' normal buisness hours?

Place an advanced order with Take Out Xpress 24 hours-a-day. Order up to 5 days in advance. Simply click on the Advance Orders/Takeout option on the main page.

How much is delivery?

Delivery

  $6.99 for orders under $100           $8.99 for orders over $100 

$3.99 additional for multiple restaurant orders 

When can I expect my order?

You can expect at least 30-60 minutes depending on food preperation times, weather and your location. Please ask your customer service representative  for approximate delivery time.

What are my payment options?

 We accept:

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express

No personal checks.

Should I tip the drivers?

Absolutely! Consider them your mobile waiter. They work hard to ensure that you receive the meals you love. We suggest 15-20% gratuity. Our drivers certainly appreciate your generous consideration. 

Will my order be checked for accuracy prior to delivery?

For health reasons, we cannot open your meal to check for accuracy. We depend on each restaurant to pack your order correctly. Please check your order as soon as it is received. If you find your order is incorrect, please contact a TKOX customer service representative ASAP.
